ZhejiangHuaguang Seiko Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established in November 2003. It is a modern joint-stock enterprise specialized in the production of die forging products. Our company is located inJuyu Industrial Park, WenchengCountym, Zhejiang Province, with a registered capital of 10.5 million yuan, covering an area of 40,000 square meters, including 35,000 square meters of workshop area. Our company has advanced production equipment, complete test facility, strong technical force. It has ten production lines of 5T electro-hydraulic die forging hammers and 300T-2500T scrape pression machines, also is equipped with heat treatment production lines, finish machining, physical and chemical laboratories and die manufacturing, etc. The annual production capacity of forgings reaches 15,000 tons. There are more than 180 employees, including 24 professional technicians.

Our company has passed ISO/TS16949, GB/T24001 and GB/T28001 etc. management system certification. It is a national-level high-tech enterprise, Wenzhou “Top 100 Technology” enterprise, Wenzhou “Honesty Top 100” and Wenzhou Modern Enterprise System Innovation Demonstration Enterprise. We have won five important scientific and technological achievements and 19 national utility model patents.

Our leading products include precision forged railway pads and heavy-duty auto parts. The precision forged railway pads independently developed by our company in 2010 have a mass production capacity of 420,000 pieces per year. The products have been recognized by well-known companies which are from Japan and Germany, and exported Japan, Germany, Thailand, Russia etc. The annual production capacity of brake accessories and other auto parts is 600,000 pieces. It is the designated supplier of the largest truck axle manufacturer in China. In addition, our company also provides forgings for military, aerospace, marine, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, valves and other industries.
